In happy news, my friend Alice is coming to Oslo to spend Christmas with her lovely Norwegian boyfriend Morten! Alice and I were grads together at Treasury, and she was in Oslo studying this course last year and was my inspiration for applying for it - for the study of course, not the possibility of finding a Norwegian man ;)

Neither horrible nor happy but funny: my classmates think that in my new red coat I look like a cross-between Little Red Riding Hood and an Anker drug dealer. I will have to get a photo online.
