Dinner Party

Last night I hosted a small dinner party, inviting my fellow Anker residents. On the menu was lamb, slow-cooked in a tomato and herb sauce, with potatoes, broccoli and yummy pain tradition (from the French bakery near the Nobel Institute) to mop up the sauce. Dessert was stewed plums with ice-cream and/or prune yoghurt plus some Turkish sweets brought along by Stephie (they are called Turkish Delight on the packet but are completely unlike other Turkish Delight I have previously tasted - more like a slightly nutty marshmallow taste).
I like dinner parties.

Yesterday it was quite warm (well, warm for Oslo in late autumn) and I was able to go for a run.
It is raining at the moment. It is soup weather.
